Primary Problem:
The primary problem in Russia is alcoholism, drug addiction and a lack of real relationship with Jesus.
The void left in the society from the fall of communism and the carry over of hopelessness from the communist era have
open the doorway to much depression in Russia and the former soviet block countries. This depression has lead to
alcohol and drug abuse has devastated families. Many battle not only depression but suicidal thoughts and are in a
desperate search for the answers of life. Our Hope connection Partner Vasiliy Skorykh, through the "Answer in Jesus"
ministry brings this hope everyday through phone center, churches, outreachs and drug and alchol rehab centers
How We Are Helping:
We are helping to preaching the gospel, reaching out to drug addicts and alcoholics, reaching out to street children
and are supporting phone prayer lines.
