Primary Problem:
Moldova is the largest exporter of young girls for prostitution in Europe. About 80% of men are unemployed and 60% of
men have a serious alcohol problem.
How We Are Helping:
We are working with the government orphan system and our own shelter. The government of Moldova supplies $1/day per
child to feed, cloth, house, and educate the children. We have basically rebuilt the orphanage in Cupcui, Moldova where
we are home to 84 of the most loving children. We are helping feed, cloth, house, and educate. At the age of 16, all
children are forced out of the orphanage; yet they are not old enough to be declared an adult. We are building
Hebron's Hope, a home for girls in Cupcui. It will be a place to train, disciple, and prepare the girls for life
after the orphanage. We are looking into solving the same problem for the boys.
