For three years, Caring Hearts has offered a systematic, foundational Bible training program free of charge to the believers of the city of San Luis Rio Colorado in Mexico. The teaching covers everything from the basics of who God is, the doctrines of reconciliation, baptism and sanctification, hermeneutics (the art of preaching), and the heresy of cults.

Students come from churches all over the city as well as three drug rehab centers. They must come with a recommendation from their pastor or the director of the center. Adalberto Garcia, the director, not only teaches the students but works very had to follow up on each student. He wants to make sure that they are serving the Lord and His people in the local church.

There have been five graduating classes so far with a total of 25 students completing the course. To the glory of God, all but one of those students in still actively serving the Lord and involved with their local church.
